Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 2-4 days of receiving your return shipment, provided the product has already been received in good order, see return conditions.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but at the latest within 14 days of the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are in time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Conditions

Our products can be returned with a full refund only if the product fully meets the return conditions in our terms and conditions. If the device does not meet the return conditions, we cannot fulfill the refund.

Warranty

We are committed to our products and do our best to deliver them to you in the best possible condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that a product breaks down due to transport or that there is something else wrong with it that gives you a warranty claim. You are legally obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty period of 1 year, we will take care of repair or replacement.
